In June, our Insurance Operations Senior Leadership Team, from across the country, gathered in Picton, NSW, for an offsite dedicated to strategic planning & company values, team building, and professional development. This offsite allowed us to step away from our daily routines and engage in activities like archery, where we even had a competition to see who could hit the bullseye. The offsite was an opportunity to align our vision, set goals, and enhance our collaborative efforts in a relaxed and inspiring setting.    It fostered open dialogue, innovative thinking, and deeper connections among team members, all aimed at propelling our organisation forward. #BuildingABetterFutureTogether #AJGrantBuilding #InsuranceBuilder #Construction #Australia

Our NSW Assessing team recently undertook some work, health and safety training with our HSEQ Officers. This included asbestos awareness training, working on roofs and a finer understanding of compliance HSEQ documents on our work sites.  In addition to this, our Quality Assurance Specialists took our Assessors through estimating techniques, report writing, e-scoping methodology and reducing KPI times while our Technical Construction Manager highlighted the finer points of flooring standards, roofing standard changes to the waterproofing codes and how to interpret and find standards and tolerances. At AJ Grant Building, we place a high emphasis on workplace, health & safety training practices and making sure our team are up to date with the latest building standards.  #InsuranceBuilding #Construction #HealthandSafety #AJGrantBuilding
