As the Official Insurance Partner of Football Australia, we were recently able to facilitate a once in a lifetime opportunity for one of our team members and their family.   Meet Avalon - she's the granddaughter of Debbie Stevens, an Allianz employee of 12 years. Avalon lives and breathes football and has played for her local football club for the last 3 years. We were so thrilled to give Avalon the opportunity to carry out the Coin Toss at the recent Australia vs Brazil match in Brisbane.    Congratulations Avalon for representing Allianz with such pride! Today Allianz enters into a new partnership with the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia Incorporated (RAA). The partnership includes the purchase of its General Insurance business, and a 20-year exclusive distribution agreement for their Home and Motor insurance product lines. Our latest Allianz data shows a concerning increase in both the volume and severity of domestic and family violence cases, and we’ve seen a 31% rise in customers accessing support through their insurance policy in the past year alone. At Allianz, we're committed to making a difference. Through initiatives like our dedicated High Care Team, joining the #RespectandProtect business initiative, and updating our Family Violence Policy to include a new perpetrator clause, we're taking a firm stand against financial abuse. After battling back from 2-0 down and a heroic hat-trick from goalkeeper Katelyn Smith, Australia secured a 6-2 win over the USA. This incredible run also keeps them ranked as the Number 1 Women’s CP Football team in the world.
