We would like to reflect on 12 months that has again seen your company advance upon our objective of being a responsible and progressive uranium and energy metals explorer and emerging producer. Although, it has not been without its frustrations in the time required for regulatory approvals on the granting of our Samphire Retention Lease. Highlights: Flagship Samphire Uranium Project Progress: 🔸2023 strategic infill drilling campaign and subsequent resource upgrade significantly enhanced the confidence level in the Blackbush resource with 74% of 17.5Mlbs resource now in the indicated category. 🔸Enhanced project economics: 1.2 million pounds annual production rate and driving a 69% increase in post-tax NPV₈ to A$257 million. 2024 Drilling Results: 🔸Significant uranium mineralisation around Blackbush. 🔸Next resource upgrade planned for Q1 2025. Maiden Exploration Target Range: 🔸Announced in December 2023: up to 75 million pounds calculated on just 30% of known palaeochannels. Field Recovery Trial Pilot Plant: 🔸Successful fabrication and transport to Whyalla. 🔸Tenders received for installation and civil works. Retention Lease Application: 🔸Ongoing dialogue with Department for Energy and Mining and is currently in the final administrative matters for licence conditions. Big Lake Uranium Project: 🔸Maiden drilling program: 27 holes, 3,413m total. 🔸Significant new uranium discovery: 35m @ 117 ppm. Nabarlek North Project: 🔸Initial 1,398m RC drill program: good results in late 2023 including 3m at 1,200ppm. 🔸Additional 3,526m drilling campaign and geophysical survey in 2024. 🔸Samples at assay lab, results pending. EnviroCopper Ltd Investment: 🔸$0.9M investment has yielded promising results with successful copper push-pull lixiviant trials at Kapunda producing first copper product. Finally, on behalf of the Board, we thank all our shareholders and stakeholders for continuing to support and work with Alligator in the 2023-2024 year, and we extend special thanks for the support and understanding of the Traditional Owners, local pastoralists, and local communities on whose lands we explore, and to our high performing and dedicated exploration and business teams for the great work they do. 🗞️Read the full Chairman's Address here: https://lnkd.in/gpZm8mDh 🗞️View the CEO Presentation - AGM 2024 here: https://lnkd.in/gp9r_7Vi #AGE #AlligatorEnergy #uranium #ASX

We're pleased to announce significant uranium mineralisation intersections from our most recent resource and extension drilling program at the Samphire Uranium Project, near Whyalla, South Australia. Highlights 🔶Uranium mineralisation extended by a cumulative 500m of strike length outside the known Blackbush West Mineral Resource Envelope. 🔶Significant uranium intersections encountered in roll fronts focussing on the western and southern areas of Blackbush west. - A total of 61 holes drilled for 5,158m from mid-July to mid November 2024. - Results align with the strategy outlined in Alligator’s Exploration Target Range. 🔶Continued refinement in understanding of the Blackbush West uranium roll fronts has delivered further targets outside of the Inferred mineral resource. - Significant uranium mineralisation intersections include: 🔸BBRM24-304 1.3 meters at 1.94% (19,391ppm) pU₃O₈ from 62.6m (GT 25,208) 🔸BBRM24-278 1.1 meters at 0.44% (4,392ppm) pU₃O₈ from 62.94m (GT 4,832) 🔸BBRM24-338 2.4 meters at 0.20% (1,948ppm) pU₃O₈ from 56.7m (GT 4,675) 🔸BBRM24-321 1.1 meters at 0.36% (3,633ppm) pU₃O₈ from 58.59m (GT 3,996) 🔸BBRM24-282 1.7 meters at 0.23% (2,314ppm) pU₃O₈ from 63.1m (GT 3,934) 🔸BBRM24-283 0.8 meters at 0.45% (4,506ppm) pU₃O₈ from 65.03m (GT 3,604) 🔸BBRM24-318 0.7 meters at 0.36% (3,566ppm) pU₃O₈ from 59.1m (GT 2,497) 🔸BBRM24-330 0.8 meters at 0.18% (1,791ppm) pU₃O₈ from 63.1m (GT 1,433) 🔸BBRM24-314 0.6 meters at 0.17% (1,734ppm) pU₃O₈ from 59.14m (GT 1,040) 🔶An update of the JORC Resource Estimate, inclusive of the January to mid-April drill results to be completed in Q1, 2025, targeting both resource expansion and category conversion from inferred to indicated. 🔶Drilling contractor engaged for sustained exploration and resource drilling for the 2025 calendar year. Drilling to re-commence early Q1 2025. Alligator’s CEO Greg Hall stated: “We are excited to see Blackbush deposit mineralisation extending well outside the current mineral resource envelope. The experienced roll-front mapping capabilities within our Samphire geological team continue to extend uranium mineralisation and are narrowing the search for other potentially economic roll front structures as we step-out further from the known resource at Blackbush.” 🗞️Read the full ASX announcement here: https://lnkd.in/g-uCrg5Y #AGE #AlligatorEnergy #uranium #SouthAustralia

Last week’s Global Uranium Conference 2024 in Adelaide was another excellent and well attended event, bringing industry leaders from across the globe together for two valuable days of presentations and networking in Adelaide, at a critical and exciting time for the industry. It was also a great forum for our COO, Dr Andrea Marsland-Smith to profile the status of our Samphire and Big Lake Projects and to raise Alligator’s profile by being one of the major sponsors. Members of our Team came away from the event with thoughts on initiatives to follow-up and a number of new industry contacts. #AGE #GUC24
