I am deeply passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership dreams, whether it's securing their first home or expanding their investment portfolio. My mission is to streamline the journey, making it faster, easier, and empowering my clients with the guidance they need to make informed, confident decisions. As a dedicated and detail-oriented lending specialist, I bring a proven track record of success in various capacities, both as an employee and as a business owner. I am recognized for my exceptional organizational skills, expertise in credit writing, and deep knowledge of mortgages, all grounded in a humble and client-centered approach. Before transitioning to mortgage broking, I spent over 18 years in the Information Technology sector, where I developed a broad skill set in account transition and transformation. My experience includes roles in IT product and service solutions, with a focus on requirement gathering, gap analysis, customer and stakeholder management, and overseeing every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project initiation through to implementation. On a personal level, I am ambitious, constructively competitive, and always eager to learn. I find joy in walking, listening to music, exploring new places, and occasionally indulging in cooking. I deeply value time spent with my family and am committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work whenever possible.
