🌟Team Spotlight🌟 Meet Sam our Recruitment Manager at Australian Pacific Indigenous Personnel. Sam’s story is an incredible example of growth, determination and commitment to make a difference. Did you know? Sam was one of APIP’s first candidates! 🎉 He worked on the Healing Country Initiative 2021, partnering with NQ Dry Tropics and Three Big Rivers to support a Reef Assist-funded project in Townsville. This important initiative created employment and training opportunities for Indigenous trainees while protecting the Great Barrier Reef through gully remediation, revegetation, and sediment runoff reduction. 🌱🌊. He then went on to community engagement and workforce development roles🤩. Now, as APIP’s Recruitment Manager, Sam is dedicated to empowering First Nations people by creating pathways to meaningful employment. His leadership, cultural understanding, and passion for community engagement make him a key part of our team and mission. 👏 Join us in celebrating Sam’s incredible journey and his commitment to positive change!
