Many people agree that Business Change and Transformations are hard. Little do they know that the disconnect between Leadership, Project Management and Change Management causes common symptoms (LPC-Triangle). Approach Services take a holistic approach to solving complex management problems and is passionate about promoting growth and innovation for over a decade. I know this sounds like gibberish, so let me explain. Imagine you suffer from back pain without knowing the underlying cause. Naturally, our clients choose one of our four-tier services to relieve their pain and get the desired results. Tier 1: Resources-You can go to the pharmacy and get an OTC painkiller to relieve acute pain without addressing the underlying issue. This is like a Project Team or team leader leveraging our leadership toolkits & games, CM templates, & resources.  Tier 2: Academy-When the pain returns, you realise there is more to the story. Checking in with your Physio, you get the painkillers, a back rub and exercises at home. Similarly, our academy teaches you to integrate the LPC triangle effectively holding the key players accountable to apply the learned to work. Tier 3: Change Framework-We provide your organisation with a holistic, scalable framework. Using the 6Cs approach, you can fix the broken triangle & ensure project success.     Last week, I had the privilege of working with a leading international mining and resources company. Their challenge? Transforming rail and operator interactions to elevate safety standards across their operations. Using our Change Project Canvas, we mapped the big picture, ensuring all critical perspectives were captured in one space. A Change Impact Matrix helped the team prioritise initiatives by risk rating and effort—because focusing on the right priorities is half the battle. Finally, we worked through our Risk & Resistance Management Plan visualising potential resistance and risks and exploring actionable strategies that empower their teams to lead the safety improvements.
