We’d like to share the news that we’ve fully let our #logistics asset, called Almussafes II, in Valencia, Spain to Tecnicarton, an industrial packaging business.   Almussafes II was acquired in 2020 for our #SIRE joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management and comprises 5,823 sq m of logistics space on a site area of 7,839 sq m. The asset is strategically positioned at P.I. We’ve secured planning permission for our new #logistics development, Arrow Point Bolton, adding a further 327,000 sq ft of logistics space to our European development pipeline, which now totals 1.5 million sq ft. The #ArrowCapitalPartners team in the Netherlands has had a busy year, with the successful completion of 28 leases totalling more than 21,500 sq m throughout 2024.    The two largest #leases secured were with Blackbird Roadfreight, who took 4,252 sq m of #logistics space in Nieuw Vennep, and Foxess, who took 5,034 sq m in Venlo.    Well done to Martien van Deursen and our entire Dutch team on a fantastic year of #leasing activity and asset management – we’re excited to see continued leasing success in 2025!    #realestate #industrial
