🌏✨ Celebrating Indo-Pacific Capability in the APS🎉 In collaboration with the APS Academy at the Australian Public Service Commission and the Diplomatic Academy at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade we are proud to mark the successful completion of the second APS Indo-Pacific Executive Development Program. 🙌 📚 This year’s program empowered Australian Public Service staff to: 🌱 Deepen expertise on Climate Change and Energy Transition 🤝 Build networks to navigate the fast-changing Indo-Pacific region, particularly Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. 💡 Apply insights to enhance cross-agency collaboration and strengthen APS capabilities Over three months, participants engaged in: ✅ Immersive learning experiences ✅ Expert-led sessions ✅ Exploring the nexus of domestic and international policies 🎤 The graduation featured project presentations from participants, an influential welcome address and call to action from the Hon Patrick Gorman MP and an inspiring keynote from Rachel Bacon, Deputy Commissioner, Integrity, Reform and Enabling Services at the Australian Public Service Commission. 🎓 Congratulations to the 28 outstanding EL2 and EL1 employees who demonstrated exceptional leadership, tackling complex policy challenges with innovation and commitment.
