Exercise is a really important part of my day – I couldn’t do my job without it. So, it was brilliant to join the Rio Tinto Run Club while I was in Brisbane for one of their regular loops through the city, made possible by our long-running (pun intended) partnership with Australian Athletics. I met with Australian Athletics CEO Simon Hollingsworth OLY GAICD and ran alongside Australian Olympians Genevieve Gregson (née LaCaze) and Ryan Gregson, which made the occasion all the more special. We talked about the importance of keeping fit and connected, and the broader benefits of exercise to society. I even got a few tips on how to shave some time off my PBs!! 🏃
