The latest Fair Work findings highlight some serious challenges for the fast food, restaurant, and café sectors. Recent inspections in Adelaide’s west found that a huge 79% of businesses breached workplace laws, revealing common issues that many in these industries face. Here’s what stood out: ❗ $310,017 recovered for 370 underpaid workers. ❗ 25 businesses didn’t pay penalty rates. ❗ 20 businesses underpaid minimum wages.
