Auscontact is the industry association for contact centres in Australia. We help organisations deliver service excellence across all customer channels; supporting growth, providing access to best practice and industry experts, building capability, and challenging you to innovate and change in line with the changing needs of your customers. With more than 1.2 million people across the country working in or supporting the contact centre industry Auscontact offers you impartial industry advice, leading industry research, access to national and international thought leadership, and information relating to emerging trends and the latest technological advancements within the industry. We are a not-for-profit association with a board comprised of industry experts working within the contact centre industry. Our membership covers all industry verticals, and we work with the private and government sector to enrich the contact centre environment for all who participate within it. Our goal is to strengthen the contact centre industry, supporting organisations to elevate their operations, and deliver professional customer interactions across all channels.
