AusCycling is pleased to announce that lawyer, senior executive and former elite cyclist, Lisa Jacobs, has joined the Board as an Appointed Director.

As the summer of cycling down under heats up, it's the perfect time to recognise AusCycling's historic win at the 2024 UCI Mobility & Bike City Forum. Bike education program, AusBike, won the first-ever UCI Cycling for All Award which recognises cycling programs that make a real difference. From wobbly beginners to budding bike enthusiasts, AusBike aims to get kids aged five to 12 riding safely and confidently, using fun, engaging activities to build essential bike skills. The program also recently celebrated a major milestone by welcoming its 50,000th participant. Backed by the Australian Government through the Australian Sports Commission, AusBike is also a Major Event Legacy program.
