This week, we had the opportunity to visit our partners at Adroit Insurance & Risk, traveling across Ballarat, Bendigo, and Traralgon—covering an impressive 750 km! Our discussions were largely driven by the younger team members, focusing on how to maximize financial positions in the current economic landscape. We explored the trade-offs between personal debt reduction, saving for a home and superannuation contributions, as well as the critical importance of beneficiary nominations. Notably, our beneficiary nomination ratio stands at 79%, significantly higher than the industry average of under 20%. I’m confident we can push this closer to 90%! We also gathered valuable insight highlighting that social media platforms are a primary source of financial information for many. This is something we’re excited to look into in 2025.
