Yesterday's AWARD Creative Leadership session was all about invaluable insights & practical experience. Tara Mckenty provided an early burst of inspo, sharing her winning mindset of attitude, team dynamics, and resilience. TBWA's Adrian Paul got deep into business challenges facing creative leaders, while Rob Galluzzo from FINCH wrapped up by sharing his approach to the art of the 'idea hustle' and fostering creativity among teams. There were new business pitches, career mapping and overcoming the challenges of running a creative department all thanks to a couple of tough simulations.
