🔉 Job Alert: Laboratory Technician, Melbourne - 12 Month Contract We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a full-time contract Laboratory Technician role, with an immediate start for a period of 12 months. This role supports the delivery of high-quality genomics services operating from AGRF’s NATA accredited laboratory in Melbourne. This role requires both hands on laboratory and project management skills, as well as the ability to actively liaise with clients and staff on a local and national scale. You will work as part of a team to deliver NATA accredited sequencing services. You will be working across a range of genomic workflows. Bioplatforms Australia’s Australian Grasslands Initiative is now open for partnership requests. The initiative aims to deepen our understanding of the characteristics of the complex communities of rangeland grasses that dominate much of the Australian continent. The application of genomics, proteomics and metabolomics will provide novel insights and opportunities for research into the distinctive characteristics of these plants.
