  • Within the AITD volunteer committees serving the L&D community in each state/territory, there are a variety of roles, and we thank Joseph Atkinson for stepping to the local treasurer role under the team leadership of Hanna Jacobsen.  Volunteers are at the heart of creating great networking experiences, and we thank them for the dedication and time they put into creating great L&D experiences. In stepping into the volunteer role in VIC, Joseph wrote: My involvement with AITD has provided valuable insights into industry practices and allowed me to build relationships with peers. Learning and Development roles are often isolated within businesses, characterised by small teams and limited opportunities for external learning. I view AITD as the ideal support system for these professionals, offering the social learning and camaraderie often missing in their organisations.   Thank you to the whole team for your efforts! 🤝 Connect with AITD's VIC/TAS Divisional Council and Board: Hanna Jacobsen (Divisional President) | Neil C. | Tim Roberts-Ferguson | Cain P. | Andrew Napier | Nithya Ramaswamy | Veronica Rustica | Michael Werle | Vanessa Barnes | Joseph Atkinson | Gerard Grant (Board Member)
