The Australian Writers’ Centre is a world leading writing centre, offering a range of courses in business and creative writing. With our range of short courses, you’ll discover how to write with confidence and clarity. Our presenters are all experts with decades of experience in their area. We hold classroom courses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Online. All our courses are designed for busy people. The business courses are one-day seminars, and the creative courses are 10 hours long over five weeks. We also run in-house corporate training for organisations that want to help their staff write with confidence. Our students undertake our courses to improve their career prospects with to better business writing, to get paid writing about what they love, change careers or finally turn that idea into a book. Most want to achieve both better writing at work, and a richer life through following their dreams. The business courses at the Australian Writers’ Centre cover a wide range of essential skills for effective, professional writing at work. These include professional business writing, grammar and punctuation, PR strategy and media releases, how to proofread/edit work, blogging for business, and writing for the web.
