We are happy to announce yet another 10 year milestone! Luke Civitarese began with the company as a Site Engineer and now holds the position of Project Manager. Luke is known to be highly reliable and contentious. The Belmadar team are grateful for Luke's positive attitude and commitment to always driving excellence. Project Highlight / Club Central Redevelopment "A 14-story building featuring club extensions, a hotel, and a rooftop restaurant/bar, all with state-of-the-art finishes. The project involved the complex task of breaking through the existing club's boundary walls to extend the gaming floor and function rooms, seamlessly integrating the new structure with the existing building." Congratulations to George Katralis on an incredible 10 years with Belmadar! As a site manager, George exemplifies ingenuity and is skilled in fostering trust-based partnerships among team members, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Thank you George for being a valuable team player, fundamental to Belmadar's success. Project Highlight / Dawn Fraser Baths "There was an added complexity and intricacy of performing construction works by the sea shore. A majority of these works had to be planed around the tides which made it quite difficult and access wasn’t the greatest for materials handling. Linda Yazbek has completed her 10th year at Belmadar!! Linda began with us when she was a Cadet, and now holds the position of Project Manager. Linda is an extremely hard worker, constantly going above and beyond. We are thankful to Linda for her exceptional level of dedication and sense of loyalty. We recently showcased the progress of St Ignatius College Riverview’s new Wingaru Science and Technology building, in collaboration with PMDL. The architect-led tour offered college parents and staff an opportunity to explore the current works, design vision, and exciting outcomes ahead. We are incredibly proud of our partnership with PMDL and EPM Projects and are eager to see this innovative learning space evolve. Introducing our very own Australian Boxing Champion, Zoe Ifield! Zoe competed in the 2024 Australian Amateur Boxing League finals and emerged victorious, showcasing her incredible skill and determination. She was also named female fighter of the tournament!
