    Bokor partnering with TA Field Estates have moved their new building to Rush-cutters Bay. A 682sqm nettable area with 12 car spaces. The property was bought on Public Auction back in May 2022, when we started the renovation. The building is a Commercial HQ in a flexible B4 fixed use zoning. Bokor was invited to be part of the refurbishment. TA Field occupies the ground level and rent the upstairs level with mezzanine. Separate access were kept to have flexibility in the use of the space. It has been a long drawn out process and we’d like to thank those who have been involved.
