Before the silly season gets too silly, all Lake Macquarie City Council people leaders in our corporate services areas got together to help set a great planning and prioritisation framework heading into 2025. Big thanks to Scott Smith from Boldside for setting the scene, challenging us to remove ‘busy work’ and learning different ways to say no - no, not now and for those more inclined, the upsides of saying ‘yes and’ instead of ‘no but’. 👍👎

We've absolutely loved working with Skye Wealth's leadership team over the last 2 years. They make such a conscious effort to develop their people. Mudgee + Townsville + Bali = huge week with so many leadership teams. I’m THIS happy to be back in Mudgee with Glencore’s HR team for their team offsite. Planning the 2025 strategy.
