On the Seventh Day of Safety, we focus on fatigue... 🎶 Day 6: Fatigue Fatigue can cause poor decisions, mistakes, and inattention, increasing the risk of incidents, especially during the busy Holiday season. To manage fatigue this holiday season, follow these 6 tips: sleep well by keeping a consistent bedtime, eat well with a nutritious diet, and exercise to relieve tension. Additionally, avoid screens for at least 1 hour before sleep and avoid caffeine 6–8 hours before bedtime, and limit alcohol to avoid disrupted sleep.
