We could get used to Mondays starting like this. We’re thrilled and honoured to have been awarded the Top Performing Sales Agency in 2024 by Time & Place. We launched Time & Place’s landmark development The Queensbridge Building, our first Melbourne project, a little over 3 months ago and to be recognised as the top selling agents for the entire year is a true testament to the strength of our model and partnerships.    Thank you to Time & Place for the opportunity to bring your exceptional project to our Sydney network.

A wonderful surprise and honour this morning to be awarded Top Performing Sales Agency NSW 2024 by Frasers Property Australia. We’ve enjoyed a fantastic partnership with Frasers Property this year across a number of their key projects, and look forward to continuing this successful journey in the New Year.

An exciting update from our CODA Coffs Harbour project, as the development recently celebrated a significant milestone — the ‘topping out’ ceremony, marking the completion of the building’s structure.   We’ve had the privilege of working on CODA since its launch in 2022 when we brought the project to market for the first time, and we look forward to welcoming residents into their homes here in the new year.  

At Boston Projects, there’s nothing we love more than an event to announce a new partnership. This week, we had the pleasure of hosting over 300 Agents from our network to unveil our latest partnership with renowned Melbourne-based developer, Time & Place With a formidable pipeline of projects in blue-chip locations across Melbourne and Sydney including South Bank, South Melbourne, Manly and Potts Point, we’re thrilled to commence this journey together. 

Last Thursday evening we hosted 600 agent partners and industry colleagues to launch our latest partnership with Sydney’s biggest developer you’ve possibly never heard of, FREECITY GROUP. With over 11 major land sites acquired in some of Sydney’s most desirable blue-ribbon locations, Freecity is poised to make their mark on Australia’s property industry. Thank you to the Freecity team for entrusting Boston Projects with your incredible pipeline. We look forward to an exciting journey together.

Boston Projects were thrilled to sponsor the Marketing Category at this year’s UDIA NSW & Urban Property Group 2024 Awards for Excellence.   Huge congratulations to Mulpha International and Monogram who took out the award for their work at Norwest Quarter. 

While many like to say real estate hibernates through winter, you would have sworn it was peak Spring at our Melrose Central Launch Event this past weekend.    With an overwhelming response from agents and buyers and all without a completed Display Suite, we were happy to prove the old adage has no place in today’s market.   A huge thank you to the Deicorp team for their continued partnership.
