Brisbane City Football Club is excited to formally introduce and welcome Dante Stehn as our Women’s National Premier League (NPLW) Head Coach for 2025 and beyond. No stranger to Brisbane City, Dante has been an integral part of the coaching staff over the last season, assisting David Da Silva in leading the team to a National Premier League title and grand final victory against Lions in one of the club’s most memorable finals. Dante has built an impressive record, having spent time with Brisbane Strikers, Brisbane Roar, QAS, and most recently with Brisbane City, where he helped establish one of the country’s best women’s football programs. At just 27, Dante becomes the youngest Head Coach in NPLW and NPL Queensland history. 🙌 Brisbane City Football Club would also like to acknowledge the significant contribution David Da Silva has made to our female football program, laying the foundations for young female footballers to develop and play at the highest level. His commitment and unwavering focus have established him as one of the club’s most successful coaches in the modern era. Dave will continue to be part of the City family in a mentoring role, overseeing the female program. David Da Silva on Dante’s appointment: “Dante is taking City to the next level of professionalism, and his influence will extend deep into the academy.
