🪄 The magic quadrant = low effort + high impact 📈 It sounds simple, but it's not easy to land in this quadrant... At our recent hackday, Rafael Valerio and Gilad Goldman hit the nail on the head. They launched a new feature called "AI Actions". The premise is simple: rather than filling your action item manually, we'll automatically generate it based on the checklist field. This includes a title, description, type and priority. This can save up to 30 seconds per action item, which adds up when you've got expensive staff doing checklists. A direct quote from our Head of Customer Success, Gilad: "if we had this a year ago, we would have saved customers hundreds of hours" And it was built in 2 days at our AI Hackathon and is now available for all BuildPass users with AI Tools enabled. High impact, low effort. This is the kind of thing that gets me excited. Well done guys on winning the Founder's award at our first hackathon of the year!

A neat little design refresh of your side navigation bar - to help you get things done faster. ✨ The purpose of this update is to provide you with a clear and intuitive view of the BuildPass platform, making it even easier for you to get the jobs you need to do, done. A few things have changed, such as names, icons, and their positions on the menu. Same functionality you love - just a bit easier to find! Looking for a little more detail? We're stoked to announce that BuildPass has been chosen to participate in LaunchVic's 30X30 program as part of the 2025 cohort. This flagship program is designed to help Victoria’s fastest-growing scaleups reach unicorn status—$1 billion+ valuation—by 2030, and we feel incredibly honoured to be listed among other innovators from a diverse range of industries. Matt Perrott , Aaron Vanston , Shelley Hughes & Caylie McDonald will be participating in the four-month program, working with mentors from unicorn companies like Atlassian, Canva, and SEEK to tackle common scaling challenges.
