It's great to witness the gap closing between education and innovation. Introducing education for up-and-coming technologies such as facial recognition, will pave the way for many exciting career opportunities for the next generation. 🎉 #artificialintelligence #careeropportunities #facialrecognition
"We had to adapt our robots to the AI revolution." It's widely recognised there is a defecit of tech skills in the UK, especially in areas like coding. But has artificial intelligence moved the goal posts? Do humans still need to know how to code? This is a dilemma Alexander Enoch, founder and CEO of Robotical was faced with. He developed a walking robot designed to teach coding after doing a PhD in robotics. He sells his robots to schools around the world, with particular success in the US market. His robot has now done something of a pivot. He's adapted it to teach AI principles to children. So, for example, it can now do lessons in facial recognition, using machine learning. In the years ahead AI will be our "co-pilot" in life, Enoch reckons. So we need to understand it and know how to work alongside it. I went up to visit his company in Edinburgh. All shot on iPhone 12. #robotics #ai #ceosecrets #artificialintelligence #artificialintelligenceforbusiness #artificialintelligencetechnology #tech #entrepreneur
