Today Carers NSW - in partnership with Carers WA, Carers Victoria and Ageing Australia delivered its second Aged Care Workforce Roundtable, bringing together key organisations, employers and academics to discuss how we can better support family and friend carers employed in the aged care sector. With workforce shortages continuing to challenge the sector, it’s crucial to explore innovative approaches that improve carer employment outcomes while ensuring they receive the support they need.
