Where possible, we are attracted to developing on brownfield sites that allows us to regenerate existing land and retain and repurpose existing assets. This approach enables the reuse of materials and a reduction of waste to landfill - creating resilient assets for our customers' needs. Three recent Centennial Regen+ projects exemplify this approach. We partnered with The Footprint Company to better understand the impact of our strategies on the environment. Our projects at Tottenham, VIC, Acacia Ridge, QLD and Royal Park, SA, through adaptive reuse have reduced CO2 by 45,800 tonnes compared to a benchmark redevelopment. A carbon footprint equivalent to taking approximately 23,000 light vehicles off the roads for one year. It's just one way we are reducing our environmental impact by taking a circular approach to construction. As seen in The Courier-Mail we are pleased to share we have completed Stage One of Geebung Industrial Park one month ahead of schedule – delivering 16,300 sqm of brand new industrial & logistics space. Construction for Stage Two is fast-tracked for a further ~9,010 sqm GLA across three warehouses – with an end value of $120 million. Centennial is pleased to announce we have signed longstanding Queensland building supply group, Bretts Trade Timber and Hardware who will occupy two existing warehouses spanning ~7,200 sqm that was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield's Morgan Ruig. Joining Bretts is global solutions and technology group Rohde & Schwarz, committing to 2,672 sqm of office and warehouse space in stage one, in a deal negotiated by Gibson Leembruggen of JLL. We are excited to share we have purchased a prime 6ha industrial infill site in Melbourne’s Bayswater for $44m. The site is located 27km east of Melbourne CBD and contains two manufacturing/distribution facilities totalling ~26,300 sqm GFA. Upon expiry of the leases the site will be redeveloped into a 32,000 sqm multi-tenanted industrial estate, delivering flexible, mid-space tenancies ranging from 1,600 to 4,600 sqm to appeal to the broader mix of tenants with small to medium sized requirements.
