    How do you go from charging $7250/month to $15/user/month? In the latest (this season’s final) Second Acts episode, Guru's co-founder and CEO, Rick Nucci, goes back in time to unpack the reasoning behind a failed-yet-instructive pricing experiment. He then explains how they’ve landed on their best, all-inclusive, “dead-simple” pricing. Guru’s attempts at serving both sales-led and product-led GTM motions while capturing the product’s evolving value (for different personas and segments) via the pricing lever, are fascinating to hear about. Rick, of course, is an industry veteran who has important lessons to share on all things enterprise software. With Boomi, Rick’s previous startup, he bet early on the cloud hype cycle. With Guru, they’ve done so with GenAI.
