We know that our schools are different. We also know that our schools are growing because families, from all walks of life, want that difference. What does some of the difference look like in practice? Well, last night we had the joy of attending the year 6 graduation for Beechboro Christian School, part of the SCEA - Swan Christian Education Association. These teachers had been praying for this cohort since their first days at kindy, deeply desiring their very best. And now as they were being sent out into the big world, the entire staff stood on stage in front of hundreds of people and sung (with Principal Michael Bolan on keys!) a blessing to them from the book of Numbers: The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”’ #christianschool #different #blessing
