Welcome to our new Lord Mayor, Deputy Lord Mayor and councillor group 👏 Nick Reece was sworn in today at a historic ceremony at Town Hall, making him the 105th Lord Mayor of Melbourne. The new Lord Mayor, Deputy Lord Mayor Roshena Campbell and nine councillors made a commitment to serve the people of the municipality for a four-year term. Councillors will determine portfolio heads in the coming days, ahead of their first council meeting next week. We look forward to working with them to make Melbourne better and fairer.
