🟣 This year's theme for our People Summit was 'Evidence of Impact' and we had many insightful, informative, and hilarious sessions from our BeamTeam, sharing evidence of our impact on internal and external customers.  Seeing and hearing about the incredible work, impact our products, solutions and the individuals within our teams are having, from Canada to Saudi, New Zealand to the UK, and at home here in Australia, was humbling and inspiring. 🟣 Last month, we met for our 2024 People Summit in Sydney, Australia!  The primary purpose of the Summit was to meet with our colleagues – old and new – and celebrate our people. The BeamTeam brought their curious and open minds, welcoming smiles, and incredible energy to create a fabulous event. It was special to see everyone connecting, brainstorming solutions, learning about our industry, and sharing our evidence of impact.       We spent two days immersed in all things Beamtree - reconnecting with our mission, vision, and values, and learning about the impact our products, solutions, and teams are having on our internal and external clients. Mixed in with the learning and motivation, was a whole lot of fun! The Beamtree team had a great first day at the 2024 Health Information Management Association of Australia Limited (HIMAA) Conference, connecting with the Health Information Management community from around the world, with over 500 delegates in attendance.
