  • We are excited to formally announce an upcoming leadership transition at Entacon Group, the parent company of Concept Tanks, Copelands & Pickers and D&R Liners. Our current CEO, Phil Hollywood, will be retiring in early 2025 and stepping down as CEO at the end of November 2024. We are delighted to now announce that Brendan Petersen (a current Non-Executive Director on Entacon’s Advisory Board), will be stepping into the role of Managing Director and CEO. Founding Directors Kieron Jeffries and Shaun Barry warmly welcomed Brendan to the business “We are excited to welcome Brendan as our Managing Director and CEO. Having served as a board member and a key advisor for our organisation for the last 18 months, Brendan’s understanding of our mission and vision will be invaluable to Entacon’s future growth.” Brendan is highly respected in the industry, with significant leadership experience, including CEO and global executive roles at Ausenco, Downer, and John Holland. His deep understanding of our business and extensive industry knowledge makes him the ideal person to lead Entacon into its next chapter. Brendan will assume the role of MD and CEO as of late November after which Phil will support Brendan for a 2-month transition phase through December and January to ensure a seamless handover. Kieron and Shaun also added “We take this opportunity to thank Philip for his leadership over the past 3 years where he has worked tirelessly to support the business, and our customers to deliver high value outcomes and lasting relationships. Phil has been a significant figure in industry for decades and his legacy will continue to inspire us all. We wish Phil all the very best as he transitions to retirement – perhaps with more than a few farewell tours given his extensive career and network across Australia and abroad.” #ExecutiveAnnouncement #NewCEO #Leadership

Nowadays, is still okay to divert #leachate to a pond and hope that it evaporated away. But when you have way too many rainy days in a year, #leachate_management requires more thought! A leachate storage #concept_tank can be installed in less than a week and can be used to treat the #leachate, striping the ammonia and nitrogen before can be safely disposed to sewer! #concept_tanks #leachate_management Photos Courtesy to #AllenDickson
