Our 8th CQIB All Industry Lunch, held last Thursday 21 November at the Fortitude Music Hall was another fantastic afternoon. Great turnout with 372 attendees from all over the industry. Big thankyou to our MC for the day, Kimberley Busteed with thanks to CHU Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd and a very eye-opening keynote from QLD Police Service. Last Friday nights YP Christmas party was a huge success with over 80 attendees. Whilst the rain did stop the attendees playing the Victoria Park Christmas Themed Putt Putt, it didn't dampen the festive cheer. Yesterday morning, we held another underwriter panel session at our bi-monthly members breakfast at Victoria Park. The past two weeks we have been on the road delivering our CQ and FNQ training run. Great to catch up with our non SEQ members and talk all things customer service.
