We are thrilled to complete and handover this beautifully designed ensuite by Atelier Bond. This renovation included cutting through an existing wall to the adjoining bedroom and linking the Master to a new WIR and ensuite. Brushed brass tapware is complimented with a marble stone benchtop and mosiac tiles to finish the walls. The undermount lighting to the vanity creates ambience, while heated towel rails and underfloor heating further add to the warmth of this inviting space.

Introducing our newest team member; James. James is a highly qualified Project Manager and Registered Architect with over 15 years of industry experience. He has built a reputation for being able to deliver multi-million dollar projects on time, within budget, and in line with client specifications. Recently showcasing his expertise in projects like the recently opened SORA Rooftop Bar and various Aged Care facilities. Specialising in project management, design and cost control; he manages all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion. We are delighted to have James on board as we continue to grow.

26 North Adelaide is now well underway to receive its modern extension update. So far, we have completed the extensive demolition, package, and cutting off the rear addition ready to make way for our new architecturally designed 2-story extension, including a luxury concrete cellar. In the background, the Crew Built team has been busy working closely with our clients, arranging meetings with our subcontractors and suppliers to discuss the final design and finishes. This process of the build is fundamental as it ensures the client can make cost-effective selections, while allowing our team to maintain effective and timely construction that is upheld with the highest quality finishes. We are looking forward to commencing structural works within the coming weeks.

Our 3 impressive townhouses in Gilberton are taking shape nicely. Let's take a look at the recently completed works and tasks in progress: • The timber framing and roofing has been completed • The external Dominion Cladding installation is currently underway • Internally, the service trades have been very busy completing their 1st fix in walls, with plasterboard due for delivery next week and installation following this soon after We are happy with the progress of this build and can't wait to drop the external scaffolding soon to unveil all our hard work over the past six months. Our East End project is well underway, with plenty of works already completed to prepare for the extension and internal renovations of this bluestone cottage built approximately in the 1880s. Due to the age of the existing home, we have undergone large structural remediation works, which involved the installation of new steel columns and soil stabilisation to ensure the building was safe and secure prior to commencing new works. Now the existing structure is sound, we have completed underfloor services, footings, and our slab poured last week. While the structural steel has been installed and the timber framing is well underway. Watch this space. Architect: @anthonydonatoarchitects
