Atturra is on a roll. Here's its third recent acquisition announcement, about the purchase of Sydney-based manufacturing ERP specialist ComActivity: https://lnkd.in/gzMcEnKB The deal, expected to be completed on or around 31 December 2024, will see Atturra spend $9 million in cash with an earn-out/post-completion consideration of up to $5.5 million in cash subject to ComActivity performance targets. “Atturra's strategy is built with a strong focus on both technology and industry specialisation, making the acquisition of ComActivity a perfect fit,” Atturra CEO Stephen Kowal stated. ComActivity co-founder Jason Levick stated: "We are thrilled to join forces with Atturra, a leading IT solutions provider whose vision and culture align very tightly with ours.”

AC3 has acquired Melbourne-headquartered JDS Australia, Splunk's 2024 Regional Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific: https://lnkd.in/g3BBKWUr JDS Australia was established in 2003 and provides IT monitoring, security, service management, quality assurance and automation. It has about 100 people and a physical presence in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The combined businesses will employ almost 500 people.
