Today our team visited Big Plans Melbourne alongside our clients City of Port Phillip to conceptualise the proposed design of a new early learning centre based in Elwood. The opportunity to visualise the end product was invaluable for all stakeholders and facilitated impactful design development discussions. PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT | THE WICKHAM We are pleased to announce construction has commenced at a new industrial project in Moorabbin, The Wickham comprises 20 factories and a state of the art animal emergency hospital. Danaro Group has been engaged to carry out Superintendency services for this multistage project. We are looking forward to sharing more updates as this project comes to life. Danaro Group in collaboration with Point Architects - Melbourne is excited to announce the unveiling of another new childcare project. Danaro Group will be handling Project Management and Superintendency services throughout the duration of the project. Due to be delivered in 2025. Stay tuned for updated.

NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY The development consists of a multipurpose facility building, 123 place childcare and 120m long 6m high fire wall. To kick things off the team at Controltech Solutions proved the ExxonMobil PL118 Somerton Pipeline prior to construction commencing. This was completed through the process off NDD (non destructive digging), a condition required under the planning permit.. Looking forward to seeing this one come to life over the next few months.

Throwback to our recently completed Carnegie Townhouse Project. Danaro Group were engaged at frame stage after the Head Contractor at the time was unable to complete the project. At what was a difficult time for key project stakeholders, we were tasked with getting things back on track which included re-tendering, negotiations and contract award. Following the successful recommencement of works on site, Danaro Group undertook the role of Project Manager and Superintendent, working with the project team and new Head Contractor to deliver the project through to completion. The circumstances initially faced on this project were less than ideal, however, we are really proud of our team and their ability to make the best of an unfortunate situation and turn things around to deliver an exceptionally high standard project, achieving fantastic outcomes for our client and wider project team.
