A busy week on the road concluded in Melbourne yesterday with our Professional Development Day on Great Expectation Management - lead by Jacqui Perkins. It was great to have Marie Norman to share with us some of the useful tools Dementia Australia has developed. A special thanks to Rosemary Southgate from Russell Kennedy Lawyers who led us through the proposed regulatory reforms ahead of operators in Victoria. Plenty to consider with that one. Next week, James, Tiffany and Beth do it all again with our final events in Sydney on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th March. Will you be joining us? Limited places remain for Wednesday 5th, with Thursday 6th fully allocated. For more information visit: https://lnkd.in/gBSd2jFU

Every interaction in a retirement village shapes how residents feel about their home and their community. Moments of truth aren’t just customer service touchpoints; they’re opportunities to build trust, belonging, and emotional security.
