Thank you to our amazing DECJUBA community and DREAM TEAM. 2024, you were AMAZING! ✨ We said hello to 13 shiny new DECJUBA stores, including 5 upsizes AND our biggest store yet – DONCASTER! DECJUBA X MYER launched with 9 Myer DECJUBA locations AND 18 Myer DECJUBA Kids locations. We said hello to our shiny new DECJUBA HQ with the DREAM TEAM and our very amazing DECJUBA Café with St. ALi. We reached 78 out of 80 points towards achieving B Corp accreditation and announced that 100% of all Australian retail stores and HQ is powered with renewable energy! We partnered with over 20 charities and announced that 1% of ALL sales will go to DECJUBA Foundation. We hosted our very first Premiere with Purpose and our very first DECJUBA Foundation Summit. We said hello to a new three year partnership with @ausballet, announcing @dluxebasics as their official studiowear partner. We launched our BIGGEST swim collection, yet. And saw the D-LUXE puffer plane reach new heights. All of this, along with many AMAZING fashion moments to make you look and feel amazing. 2025, we’re ready! 🖤

In 2008, Founder & CEO Tania Austin relaunched DECJUBA with a clear mission - to deliver amazing at every touchpoint. Today, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing their footprint from 5 stores to over 140 stores and two online sites. With plans to extend its retail footprint even further with 10 new locations over the next 3 months, this is an exciting time to join the team. Over the past twelve years, DECJUBA has significantly expanded its product offering and launched two additional brands - D-LUXE Basics in 2016 and DECJUBA Kids in 2017. DECJUBA has since gone on to establish #AMAZING well beyond fashion. Our #DREAMTEAM is predominantly female led, with over 1400 team members across our stores and head office. Through the culmination of years of philanthropic work, in 2021 the DECJUBA Foundation was established - inspired by the belief that everyone deserves #AMAZING. By 2025, the DECJUBA Foundation will work towards positively impacting over 25 million lives. In 2022, DECJUBA also launched our Sustainability Strategy with a mission to become Australia’s most responsible fashion label. DECJUBA x NGV Last night we were joined with friends of DECJUBA at the 2024-25 summer exhibition to celebrate DECJUBA Foundation’s new three-year partnership with National Gallery of Victoria. As part of our commitment to making the arts more accessible, we have led the acquisition of Narcissus Garden – an installation by celebrated artist Yayoi Kusama. It was a night of good times, great company, inspirational art, and—of course—our best summer styles. It's always a special day when our DREAM TEAM have the opportunity to connect more closely with DECJUBA Foundation partners! Yesterday was no exception over at The Man Cave HQ. Our team spent the day working to create a more colourful and welcoming space, all while hearing stories of The Man Cave’s positive impact and their mission to empower boys to become great men. Leading by example, facilitators took the time to have meaningful and insightful chats with our Head Office team – amidst all the fun! Over a three-year partnership, DECJUBA Foundation is supporting The Man Cave to deliver their workshops into more schools, as well as their Digital Aftercare program.
