Great project to have been involved with. From early collaboration with ASPECT Studios and Multiplex, Deep Green Landscaping procured and contract grew trees and plants for the project to deliver established gardens from the get go. Thousands of passionate hours invested into meticulously built landscapes. Always rewarding seeing the end results.

Did You know? In the last 12 months, 250000 households in Western Australia experienced severe food insecurity, or that 43% of mortgage households in WA have been food insecure in the last year. Our recent volunteer work at Foodbank WA was truly inspiring. Our office team got out on site to revamp the kitchen gardens at Foodbank WA, where the produce is used for both, educational purposes by the nutritionists at Foodbank, and the chefs for meal preparation. Deep Green were also lucky enough to be given a tour of the Foodbank WA premises to learn more about the organisation, where it started and how it has grown to be such an integral component in combatting food insecurity in Western Australia. We were floored by the statistics shown to us of the amount of people that go hungry or are food insecure across WA, and we are so humbled by the amazing work Foodbank WA and it’s volunteers are doing to combat food insecurity across WA. Stepping into the heart of the Foodbank’s warehouse, we encountered a place brimming with dedication and care. Every corner exuded pride as staff and Volunteers meticulously organized, sorted, and prepared essentials for distribution across Western Australia. Our involvement in the FoodBank's kitchen garden went beyond simply planting plants and trees; it cultivated a sense of community and connection. Through our collective efforts, we not only provided nourishment but also uplifted spirits, reminding everyone of the profound impact of even the smallest acts of kindness on our community. Our experience with Foodbank WA reinforced, the power of small actions can make a big difference. Whether tending the garden or lending a hand, we've joined a larger movement driven by compassion and empathy. Together, we're working towards a brighter, more equitable future for all. Let's keep sowing seeds of change, nourishing our communities, and spreading hope to those in need. Thank you to Foodbank for all the work you do to provide food to those who have to go without. Thank you also to our colleagues and suppliers for your contribution to this project, your generosity is greatly appreciated by all.
