Progress continues at Tallawong Village We are proud to celebrate another significant milestone at Tallawong Village, one of Sydney’s most exciting transport-connected developments. Progress continues across all three stages, transforming the site into a well-integrated residential and retail precinct. Stage One has been successfully completed and handed over, delivering a seamless urban lifestyle next to Tallawong Metro. Stage Two is now 50% complete, with the first settlements finalised before Christmas. The remaining towers and 24 townhouses are progressing well, with OC approvals on track from February through March. Meanwhile, earthworks for Stage Three are wrapping up, with the structure set to rise above ground by the end of March, marking a key step in the next phase of development. This achievement is made possible through the dedication of our construction teams, industry partners, and design collaborators at TURNER STUDIO, whose expertise has been instrumental in shaping this vibrant, connected community. Supporting Future Leaders in Construction Deicorp is proud to partner with SGCH to deliver the second annual Fouad Deiri OAM SGCH Strive Scholarships, an initiative designed to support young people from Western Sydney in pursuing a career in construction. Named in honour of Fouad Deiri OAM, who began his journey as an apprentice before founding Deicorp in 1999, the scholarships aim to inspire and equip the next generation with the resources they need to succeed. Each year, two individuals from community housing will receive financial assistance and personalised mentoring from Fouad himself, gaining valuable insights from his experience in the industry. This initiative reflects the shared commitment of Deicorp and SGCH to fostering opportunities, strengthening communities, and investing in the future of the construction sector.
