🎉 A huge congratulations to Laing O’Rourke on the successful ‘go live’ of their SuccessFactors Compensation Module! 🚀 We had a great time this week celebrating in their office, meeting not only the stellar project and payroll teams but also employees from across the organisation. Their feedback? Overwhelmingly positive! The system’s user-friendliness and functionality have already made a noticeable impact, and we couldn't be prouder of the result. Some of the quotes that we've gathered post go live for this project include: * Well structured - had all the relevant information at hand. I handed over to a new manager part way through the process and it all continued smoothly. * Clarity across previous and this year results with overview of banding positioning.  * The user experience was dramatically improved this year, our leaders had all the information in front of them in order to make informed salary decision's and there was no manual data entry/re-entry which took away the risk of data entry error completely.   * Easy to access and reliable rather than relying on information being sent via email with password access etc * Easy to use, colour coding of staff position relative to target is visually helpful. * Not having the information emailed around is a major positive. * It was easy to use and provided good oversight of the salary movements and bandings * Simple to understand, easy to review, more secure than excel spreadsheets and easier to coordinate confidential information Discovery Consulting was engaged in May 2024 with a clear mission: to configure the compensation module, ensuring it was ready to support the next compensation cycle. Fast forward to today—after a seamless technical go live in July and successful payments rolling out in mid-October—all project milestones were achieved on time and within budget! 📅💼 This implementation was a true team effort, and we owe a huge thanks to Laing O'Rourke for their pragmatic, proactive, and collaborative approach.
