Duxton Pubs’ latest project at The Saracen's Head Hotel in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD is now complete! We’re excited to unveil the incredible upgrades: - A Yoder Smoker in the beer garden – introducing mouthwatering smoked items to the menu - Reinvigorated dining and bar spaces – featuring stylish new booth seating - A brand-new gaming room – equipped with 20 of the latest machines This transformation elevates the guest experience at Saracen's, firmly establishing it as a go-to CBD venue and pub, offering exceptional food, drinks, entertainment, and warm hospitality 7 days a week.

Bar 1854 is Open! A massive congratulations to everyone who contributed to this incredible project and brought the vision to life. A special shoutout to Grace, Rasesh, Brodie, and the amazing team at The Cremorne—your dedication and hard work have made this launch a reality. Wishing you an unforgettable opening weekend and continued success as Bar 1854 becomes a go-to destination for cocktails here in Adelaide!

Our team have poured their heart and soul into creating a small, intimate, and premium cocktail bar experience that pays homage to the rich history of the Cremorne Hotel, established in 1854, with Bar 1854. Opening next week expect meticulously crafted cocktails complemented with cozy, elegant ambiance; every detail has been designed to offer a truly unique experience. It’s been incredible to see this vision come to life, and we couldn’t be prouder of all the contributing team’s dedication and creativity. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this happen — from the design and construction crew to the exceptionally talented bartenders and hosts perfecting every drink and curating memorable experiences. Opening November 22nd.

It’s been a fantastic week at Duxton Pubs! We had the pleasure of hosting a number of Melbourne Cup events across our venues, and we’re thrilled each were a huge success! A special shoutout to The Lion Hotel for delivering our signature annual Melbourne Cup event in style – the atmosphere was electric, and the celebrations were exceptional. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, our incredible staff, and partners. A special mention to our charitable partner, CanDo4Kids for running the sweeps and adding an extra layer of excitement to the day at The Lion!

Last week, at the 2024 Australian Hotel Association SA Awards, The Cremorne was awarded Best Bistro Casual Dining Metro, proudly adding to an already extensive list of accolades. This recognition celebrates the dedication of our team, the creativity in our kitchen, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they provide every guest. Congratulations to The Cremorne Team!

We’re raising a glass to our new partnership with Duxton Pubs, providing full facilities management to the entire portfolio of 22 venues across South Australia.     We’ll be relieving hospitality staff of managing maintenance and facilities issues, so they can focus on what they do best – delivering exceptional hospitality!     Managing multiple venues with several services, tradespeople, compliance requirements and customer-facing assets called for a new working model that would save time and deliver renewed efficiencies. That’s where we come in!    A fully integrated facilities management approach will mean we can predict and plan for maintenance and compliance needs across every site, giving venue managers peace of mind and leaving staff to look after their valuable patrons.    Cheers to that! 🍻 

Affectionately known as 'The Oldie,' the Old Noarlunga Hotel (est. 1850) is a little gem in the South of Adelaide. With an expansive beer garden, buzzing bistro, decked-out sports bar, delightful menu, and dedicated functions team, it's an all rounded classic Pub. We are excited to continue nurturing the town's history, paying homage to our roots, and remaining a cornerstone in the community. This rich legacy is one we are proud to uphold and start to share more about.

Bringing people together with great food and drinks at The Alma! New menu featuring wood-fired pizzas, share plates, pub classics, and a vibrant atmosphere, creating an inviting setting for many gatherings. Enjoyed all in the spring sunshine, in the sprawling beer garden, where the season makes every experience that much more special!
