A Snapshot of 2024 at E4! What a year it's been! It's not easy to summarise 12 months of achievements and growth, but here's a quick overview: 👨💼👩💼Team Expansion: We welcomed 16 new faces, created several new roles in our office, and expanded our remote After Hours & Compliance team with additional members. 🚀 New Functions: We launched brand new Finance, Marketing, and Learning & Development functions to support our team's growing reach. 🕺Events: Our calendar was packed with events, including volunteering at Our Big Kitchen for our quarterly Culture Club, a full team weekend in Hunter Valley, our inaugural AGM event, and many more in between. 🎙️Podcast: We launched our "Back In My Day" Podcast, celebrating aged care residents life stories and helping families understand the aged care process.
