  • Today we released EBOS’ Full Year Results for the 2024 Financial Year and it is pleasing to announce another positive performance driven by continued organic growth as well as several strategic investments. The success we have reported today is the result of the efforts of our teams across New Zealand, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We thank them for their commitment to each other, our businesses and to the communities we serve.

  • ‘The best time to plant a tree was 30 years ago, the next best time is today’. This popular phrase has particular relevance today - the International Day of Forests. The UN General Assembly proclaimed March 21 the International Day of Forests in 2012 to celebrate and raise awareness of all forest types and their importance to our planet’s health and wellbeing. This year’s theme is Forests and Innovations – solutions for a better world, putting a spotlight on technological solutions to combat deforestation which destroys the equivalent of 14 million football pitches of forests annually. EBOS Group has supported reforestation of critical Australian and New Zealand habitat through a partnership with Australia’s first carbon offset provider, Greenfleet. Since 2007, EBOS has contributed over $1.67 million towards Greenfleet’s invaluable work revegetating land and restoring natural habitats, offsetting over 108,000 tonnes of CO2 in the process. Planting more trees, and appropriate species, not only sequesters carbon but improves biodiversity, boosts land productivity and improves soil and water quality.
