Encon has been working with Aquinas College WA since early 2023 on an updated masterplan, and we are proud to announce that the new Music and Arts project has recently received Development Approval. The $25 million-dollar landmark project will take pride of place at the entry to the college and these new buildings will redefine the teaching, learning and presentation space for the college. The new buildings include a new multipurpose recital hall and a new music building, as well as new tennis courts and carpark upgrades. With a successful DA process now completed the Builder procurement is now underway with construction estimated to commence in early 2025 for completion in 2026. #projectmanagement #education

It's great to see the doors open to the brand-new Gucci Retail Store at Raine Square, Perth. Encon was involved as Project Manager & Superintendent from Pre-Development Approval, all the way to completion, including the fitout of the new Charter Hall tenancy on Level 1. BREAKING: construction has begun on Western Australia's first children's hospice. This hospice will be a sanctuary of peace and calm for children who require respite and palliative care. And a place for families to spend precious moments together. There were times when it looked like this hospice might not happen, with some people opposing it. But we're making sure it goes ahead - so WA children and their families are supported through their toughest times. It's the right thing to do.
