We are thrilled to welcome Saurav Srivastav to the Enervest team as our new Bid and Origination Manager! Saurav brings an impressive background in commercial, business development, tender management, PPA origination, and financial modelling, with extensive experience across the energy sector, including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems. He has successfully managed large-scale tenders and originated PPAs for numerous projects both in Australia and internationally. Most recently, Saurav held key roles with ENGIE ANZ and Energy Australia, where he made significant contributions to tendering strategies, financial modelling, and client engagement. With his expertise and leadership in bid management and tendering, Saurav will be instrumental in driving our growth and strengthening our project pipeline as we gear up for an exciting 2025. We are delighted to welcome Robert Ludwick to the Enervest team as Origination Operations! Rob brings extensive experience in business development, strategy, and growth across a wide range of renewable energy projects and solutions. His previous roles at Iberdrola and 5B have equipped him with a wealth of expertise in rapidly scaling businesses within the energy sector. Rob has a proven track record in operational structuring, strategic planning and optimising stakeholder engagement. His innovative approach and extensive experience will be invaluable addition to our Originations team. We are delighted to welcome Manikandan Jeyachandran. MIEAust,NER. Masters in Energy, CEM®, REP®, Nabcep® Jeyachandran to the Enervest team as Lead Engineer! Mani brings over 15 years of extensive experience in utility-scale solar PV and BESS, having worked across India, the Middle East, and Australia. In his previous roles, he led development-phase engineering for large-scale renewable energy projects across NSW, QLD, and VIC. With a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, as well as fostering strong stakeholder engagement, Mani’s expertise will be invaluable. His skills in technical design, grid connection, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance will play a key role as we continue to expand our portfolio of renewable energy projects across Australia. Enervest is excited to welcome Ross Bennett to our team as a Development Manager! Ross brings extensive experience in environmental science, land access, and project management, having worked across various sectors, including energy and infrastructure. In his most recent position at SunCable, he played a key role in developing their land access strategy. Ross has a demonstrated track record of managing approvals, environmental compliance, and stakeholder engagement. His expertise and strategic approach make him a fantastic addition to our development team, and we’re excited about the contributions he will make.
