EX2 has a new story: Defence has issued an ITR for Project LAND156 – Counter Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems, and a small Sydney-based company, DroneShield, that’s a world the world leader in Counter-UAS and associated Command and Control (C2) software, is pursuing it. Breaking news from EX2: Defence has announced the cancellation of its Australian Defence Satellite Communications System, Joint Project 9102, which was awarded to Lockheed Martin Australia in April last year. The total value of the project was estimated to be $6.9 billion. No replacement for JP9102, nor a timeline for its service entry, has been revealed as yet. https://lnkd.in/gx-MHT2w
