Out with the old and in with the sleek and efficient Gen3 models provided by Otis Elevator Company. The interiors have been transformed with exquisite new veneer finishes and custom car operating panels designed by Dewhurst and BRC Lift Interiors. The Excel Building Management team were happy to welcome Matt, James and Juan from Beaver Williams Pty Ltd to our Pyrmont Head Office last week to keep our team of Building Managers abreast of major changes to AS1851 and the preparation of future Annual Fire Safety Statements. Big changes, and increased costs, are coming from February 2025 which Building Managers need to be aware of and communicate to their client Body Corporate. We will be welcoming the Beaver Williams team to our Head Office at Pyrmont over the next few weeks and thank them for their co-operation in what will be a very important Building Management issue going forwards.

🔒 We’ve had an Access Control Upgrade at Gazebo Apartments! All swipe pads have been reinstalled at the entrances, inside the lifts, garbage rooms, and fire exits. The Integrity system has so many potential upgrades - like NFC/Bluetooth capability 📲✨ Over 700 new fobs have been collected by our residents. A big thank you to our Building Manager and Concierge team for managing this significant task seamlessly. It was a massive undertaking and their hard work is greatly appreciated 🙌 📍 Gazebo Apartments
