Thank you to Optometry Advisor for their article summarising a recent publication on the effect of RLRL in high myopia! Quoted from the article: "LLRL therapy resulted in a mean axial length reduction of 0.11 mm and SE increase of 0.18 D, the report shows. In comparison, control group participants experienced a mean axial growth of 0.32 mm and SE decrease of 0.80 D at the 1-year follow-up visit. In total, 59% of the treatment group participants experienced axial length reduction of 0.05 mm or more at 12 months compared with 0% of control group individuals."
