“Innovation in agriculture is often the result of a lifetime of solving real problems in the field..” Very proud to see F2F participant Malcolm (and Terry Krieg) of LINTTAS Electric sharing their electric combine harvester prototype at the SA AgriTech Meetup yesterday! Earlier this year, Malcolm and Terry completed our Pre Accelerator program and pitched their game-changing idea to Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC). #agtechstartup #australianag #aginnovation #farmtech #agtech #futurefarming

Innovation in Agriculture is often the result of a lifetime of solving real problems in the field, and that's what Malcolm Lucas from Linttas showed us at our SA AgriTech meetup last night. Malcolm was a frustrated farmer who believed that converting his combine harvester to electric could simplify its operation, make it easier to repair and improve performance. With support from the team at Farmers2Founders Malcolm and his business partner Terry Krieg have developed the prototype of their electric combine harvester and commenced their process of industry engagement and testing. Our SA AgriTech Meetup community is a platform for sharing ideas and creating connections, so it was a real highlight to see Malcolm with the microphone giving a masterclass on agricultural innovation....and pitching 👏
